By creating an account on Sellpher, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Sellpher is a creator marketplace that connects brands with content creators. Brands post campaigns and pay creators for content. Sellpher acts as an intermediary and escrow service.
You must: • Provide accurate information when registering • Be at least 18 years old • Keep your password secure • Not share your account with others • Not create multiple accounts to abuse the platform
By posting a campaign you agree to: • Pay the full campaign budget before the campaign goes live • Review creator submissions within 14 days • Provide honest feedback when declining proposals • Not use creator content without paying or completing payment • Not contact creators outside the platform to avoid fees Brands who use creator content without paying will be permanently banned and may face legal action.
By submitting a proposal you agree to: • Only submit original content you own the rights to • Not submit content that violates third-party rights • Post content on your own social media after acceptance • On a Deal campaign, submit the live post URL within 7 days of acceptance. We send a reminder after 5 days; if the 7 days pass with no live post, the submission is declined automatically and the campaign spot is released to another creator. No payment is due either way, and you can apply again while the campaign is open. CPM and retainer campaigns have their own timings, described in the Refund Policy • Not submit the same content to competing brands simultaneously • Understand that connecting TikTok is optional, and that where you connect it Sellpher may read view counts on your campaign posts to calculate your earnings, and that you may disconnect at any time
Sellpher charges: • Brands: platform fee on campaign budget, which varies by subscription plan (10% on the free plan, reduced to 6% and 3% on paid plans) • Creators: withdrawal fee, which varies by subscription plan (20% on the free plan, 15% for verified creators on the free plan, 12% on Lite, 6% on Pro). A paid plan always applies instead of the verified rate rather than in addition to it. This is the only fee Sellpher deducts from creator earnings: earnings are credited to your balance in full and the fee is taken once, at withdrawal. All amounts are in USD. Campaign funds are held in escrow and released as work is delivered: on Deals and retainers when the brand approves the delivered work, or automatically 48 hours after delivery if the brand does not respond; on CPM automatically from verified views once each tracking window closes. Sellpher reserves the right to update fees with 30 days notice.
Campaign funds are held in escrow by Sellpher until they are released to creators or refunded to the brand. Unspent budget is refunded to brands automatically, with no manual request required: • Deal campaigns: any budget not paid to creators is refunded after the campaign deadline. • CPM campaigns: any unspent budget is refunded after each submission's tracking window ends and the campaign settles. For CPM campaigns, a creator's views are counted for a fixed tracking window after posting (set per campaign), not indefinitely; once that window ends, the view count is final. A creator's CPM payment may be held for a review period before it is released, and may be held longer if the view count drops sharply between readings. This protects against inflated or purchased views being paid out. The platform fee is non-refundable once a campaign has received at least one creator application, because the platform has delivered creator distribution and matching. A campaign cancelled before it receives any applications is refunded in full, including the platform fee. Refunds are credited to the brand's Sellpher wallet balance, not returned to the original payment method. Brands withdraw their wallet balance to their bank via Stripe or Paystack. Once a brand approves a creator's live content, that payment is final and is not refunded. If a brand does not review a creator's live submission within 48 hours of posting, payment is automatically released to the creator. Retainer payments are held in escrow. After a creator delivers a retainer video, the brand has 48 hours to approve; absent approval or a dispute, the payment is automatically released to the creator. Either party may open a dispute before release, which pauses the payment for Sellpher support review; disputes are resolved by releasing the payment to the creator or refunding the brand (platform fee retained). Creators retain ownership of their content at all times. Sellpher does not claim any ownership of creator content. **Deal campaigns.** When a brand releases payment for a deal, the brand receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use that content in its own marketing, including paid advertising. The licence does not expire and is not transferable to another brand. The creator continues to own the content and may keep using it on their own channels. While a brand is using content licensed under a deal, the creator will not run the same content for a competing brand at the same time. This restriction is on simultaneous use only: it does not prevent the creator from licensing the same content to another brand at a later date, and it does not give any brand exclusivity. **CPM campaigns.** A CPM campaign pays for the views a video earns. It conveys no licence to the content. The creator keeps their content and may use or license it elsewhere, including for another brand, at any time. A brand running a CPM campaign receives view reporting and does not receive the video file. This section was revised on 11 August 2026 to state the CPM position explicitly and to move the simultaneous-use restriction here from section 5, where it appears as a creator obligation. Contest campaigns were withdrawn on 13 August 2026 and can no longer be created; the paragraph describing them has been removed. No licence to a contest entry was ever granted by these terms, and nothing here changes what any past payment conveyed.
Sellpher provides AI-powered tools, including the AI Video Scanner, the AI Ad Scanner, and an AI support assistant. • The AI Video Scanner provides automated estimates of a video's potential performance. These scores and suggestions are predictions for guidance only. They are not guarantees of views, engagement, earnings, or campaign acceptance. You are responsible for the content you post. • The AI Ad Scanner analyzes a brand's ad creative and copy to estimate performance potential and to flag possible policy or compliance risks before you spend. These scores and suggestions are predictions and guidance only. They are not guarantees of ad performance, of approval by any advertising platform, or of any outcome. Brands are responsible for their own ad compliance. • The AI support assistant provides automated help and general information. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice, and its responses may contain errors. For account-specific or urgent issues, contact our support team. You agree to use these features lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to overload them.
Users must not: • Circumvent the platform to avoid fees • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Harass or abuse other users • Upload content that violates copyright or community standards • Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
If a dispute arises between a brand and creator: 1. Both parties should attempt to resolve it through messaging 2. If unresolved, contact support@sellpher.com within 14 days 3. Sellpher will review evidence from both parties 4. Sellpher's decision is final Sellpher reserves the right to refund, withhold, or release funds based on our investigation.
Sellpher may suspend or terminate accounts that: • Violate these terms • Engage in fraudulent activity • Receive multiple legitimate complaints Users may delete their account at any time from Settings. Pending payments will be processed before deletion.
Sellpher is not liable for: • Actions of brands or creators on the platform • Content quality or performance • Technical issues beyond our control • Indirect or consequential damages Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings where permitted by law.
